Riptide Builders COVID-19 Update

We are still open and building!

In order to minimize the spread of COVID-19 at our public locations, Riptide Builders has instituted various housekeeping, social distancing, and other best practices to help keep our clients and team safe. See the image at the bottom of this post for specifics.

What that means for buyers and the public is that our Design Center is open by appointment only and to maintain the safest environment possible, all visits will be led by a member of our sales team with masks.

Our Model Home has opened back up to its normal time, Monday through Saturday from 11 AM - 4 PM.

To schedule a meeting at our Design Center, please contact our Sales Team at (910) 816-4167 or click the chat button in the lower left corner of this website.

Please note: If you have recently traveled to a country the CDC has listed as Level 2 or 3, recently taken a cruise, or if you are feeling unwell please stay home a minimum of 14 days before visiting Riptide.

While we’d love for you to see our homes in person, we understand many people are wisely opting to stay home. But don’t worry! You can keep your future home build research on track from the comfort of your own home.

Visit our Our Process page to get all the details of how we work. Our site is packed with information about our process, homes and communities. Enjoy 3-D virtual tours, a gallery of photos and videos of previous builds allowing you to ‘tour’ multiple homes without leaving your couch.

Our Listings page shows our available inventory with details such as floor plan, color selections, square-footage, and standard features. We can also tour your virtually through our Model Home, Design Center or any in-progress builds. Just give us a call and let our sales team know you’d like to Facetime, Skype or Facebook Messenger a walk-thru. We’re happy to set that up.

As this crisis evolves, so will our response. Rest assured that Riptide Builders is monitoring the situation closely. We’ll continue to adhere to the CDC and WHO recommendations as well as guidelines established by local and state authorities.
