At the Riptide Builders’ Design Center, our team thoughtfully prepares selections that reflect the elevated style and coastal character of every Riptide home. It’s where clients can experience these finishes firsthand — from flooring and fixtures to cabinetry and colors — and be confident that every detail chosen will make the house a home.

Located in Sunset Beach, NC, our Design Center is where inspiration meets expertise, and every styling decision is seamless and timeless.

Riptide Builders has the knowledge and training to complete energy efficient building projects in a safe and efficient manner. What does that mean for you?

Lowered cost of ownership and energy bills. The EPA's Energy Plus standards require the home to be at least 15% more efficient than typical code built homes (2004 International Residential Code) and include additional energy-saving features that typically make them 20-30% more efficient than standard homes!
