The Huntington is a gorgeous new plan for the newest section in Sea Trail - Sea Horse Estates complete with stunning pond & golf course views! This floor plan boasts the perfect amount of space with 2,135 square-feet loaded with our luxury top-of-the-line Riptide features and out of this world upgrades! This baby is our parade and model home, so we brought the best of the best!
The curb appeal is off the charts with a welcoming double craftsman style door in a gorgeous driftwood stain, stately triple tapered stone-based porch columns, handsome brick accents in Cape Lookout color, stacked stone accent in cool Echo Ridge color, durable James Hardie siding in Monterey Taupe and Evening Blue, along with courtyard-style garage!
This plan has all the Riptide features and then some! The Huntington features our award-winning trim and woodwork, a chef’s dream kitchen, a first-floor master with two additional guest rooms, and a huge bonus en-suite perfect for a home office, man cave or diva den!
Now let’s talk about all the fabulous upgrades throughout this home! One of the first will be the foyer ceiling as soon as you walk in – gaze upon woodwork like you’ve never seen with a beautiful herringbone pattern encompassing just one of the dazzling upgraded lights throughout The Huntington. The elaborate coffered ceiling in the dining area boats a beautiful blue by Sherwin Williams to add a pop of color!
The hardwoods that run throughout the main living area and pour out into the Owner’s Suite and massive walk-in closet is the sturdiest engineered hardwoods we’ve ever used!
In the kitchen we’ve paired together a stunning upgraded backsplash of 3x12 white beveled subway tile with a showstopping white gloss herringbone accent above the cooktop placed between lovely glass cabinets! You could tap dance on the 10 foot long massive eat-in kitchen island! There’s no shortage of space with this island, we’ve even added handcrafted details on each side just to add a little something extra!
We thought of everything in The Huntington! We know everyone loves to relax in the morning and gaze out the window while enjoying a hot beverage - we’ve created the perfect seating area just for that! A beautiful crisp white banquet seating with a handmade glass table to top it off! The built-ins in the great room are a thing of beauty! We’ve taken our standard shiplap that runs above the mantel and whisked it across into the built-ins for a cohesive look pleasing to anyone’s eye! Just off the kitchen and great room is the laundry room that will actually inspired you to do laundry!!! Handmade cubbies, a gorgeous driftwood stained countertop, more shelving and we brought the shiplap in here as well!
In the luxurious owner’s suite we’ve added the shiplap once again as an accent wall with the same beautiful blue we used on the dining room ceiling! Stepping into the master bath onto the beautiful 9x36 floor tile we have brought in all the bells and whistles with upgraded tile, glass walls in the shower with a stunning glass door and we’ve tied in the herringbone into the shower and tub niches!
The guest rooms and bonus room all have plush upgraded carpeting and fabulous paint colors to tie it all together! The pièce de résistance of The Huntington has got to be the outdoor area – this nature lover’s dream space is equipped with a distinguished paver patio as far as the eye can see with a fire pit that can be used year-round!
